Shipping/Order Process

All orders are processed on either Friday or Monday after order/payment confirmations.

For example if payment is confirmed Tuesday, the order will not be processed untill the following Monday and sent out on Friday. Remeber items are made to order and have to be ordered to match specific sizes and colours.

The best option is to pay Thursday and you should receive your goods wthin 7 working days (Nationally). No matter what day you pay, remember all orders are processed together on the same day whether they are being sent or ordered.

Shipping within Aotearoa

All goods are delivered via New Zealand Posts courier service. If you require a tracking number when the goods are being shipped from Maorithreads to you, we will email this number, plus any additional information that you may require upon request. Tracking numbers will be issued once items have been shipped for customer responsibilty (claims & insurance purposes).

Delivery of national goods takes between 1 - 2 working days. Please be advised Maorithreads take no responsibilty for any items stolen or damaged once they have left our premises.

Shipping Internationally

All goods are delivered via New Zealand Posts International Air Freight service. If you require a tracking number when the goods are being shipped from Maorithreads to you, we will email this number, plus any additional information that you may require upon request.

Delivery of international goods takes between 7 - 14 working days. Please be advised Maorithreads takes no responsibilty for any items stolen or damaged once they have left our premises.

Returns

You have 5 days from the date of receiving the products to notify us that a product is faulty, and a further 3 days to return the products to us. Maorithreads reserves the right to determine if a product is faulty due to our neglegence or the purchasers.

If the item is found to be faulty due to either the manufacture or delivery of the item to you, Maorithreads will either replace the item or refund the total amount of the item to the purchaser. All Products returned in accordance with this clause must be returned in their original condition.

If the item is found to be faulty due to the purchasers neglegence, Maorithreads retains the right to deny the return of the product in question. Under no circumstances can we accept return of products because you no longer want it or because it is the wrong size, make sure you check our sizing charts for measurements.

All accepted returns will be sent and delivered at Maorithreads expense.
